it is so great to connect with you. I love your profile. love that you like Jaques Pepin. I have his Complete Techniques and live by it - at least before my two small sons! but look forward to using it's pages again!! My new book comes out on 5/27. I'll be in LA doing events in early June - I'll send you my schedule if any are of interest and/or feasible for you to come to. but I'm thrilled to find you here and look forward to connecting again.
